As our flagship Poort program, Pigment Pioneers brings together a wide range of ages for a truly collaborative experience. Whether they are picking up a brush for the first time or perfecting a craft, students explore a rotating “map” of mediums—paints, textiles, and recycled materials. It’s a community-focused space where older kids often inspire the younger ones, and everyone discovers the pioneer spirit of trying something new every Friday.

Priyanka Sujit
Professional Instructor
Priyanka is an arts and crafts instructor based in Almere, Netherlands.
Originally from India, she specialises in acrylic painting, mural painting, and Lippan art — a traditional Indian wall craft that combines mud relief work with mirror inlay.
She has been teaching in Almere since 2024, working with both children and adults.
She is known for her patience and her ability to make creative techniques approachable for young learners.
Alongside teaching, she designs and makes handmade art pieces by hand.
